1. Agreement

By using oddframemedia.com you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. Simple as that.

2. Who We Are

Odd Frame Media is a creative agency and production house based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. Odd Frame Media is currently in the process of formal registration under Indian law.

3. Our Content & Intellectual Property

Everything on this website — films, photography, copy, scripts, logos, motion graphics, and design — belongs to Odd Frame Media and is protected under Indian copyright law. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or use any of it without our written permission.

4. Project Work & IP Ownership

All creative deliverables produced by Odd Frame Media remain the intellectual property of Odd Frame Media until full payment has been received. Once full payment is received, agreed usage rights transfer to the client as defined in the project scope. Odd Frame Media retains the right to feature the work in our portfolio, showreel, and marketing materials unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

5. Client Responsibilities

When working with us you agree to: provide accurate and honest information, ensure you hold rights to any third-party assets or music you provide, respect agreed timelines for feedback and payments, and not share confidential project materials without our consent.

6. Project Contracts

Individual projects are governed by separate agreements. Where a signed project contract exists, it takes precedence over these general Terms.

7. Payments

Projects require an advance payment before work begins. Remaining balance is due upon delivery of final files. Odd Frame Media reserves the right to withhold final deliverables until full payment is received.

8. Revisions & Scope

Work outside agreed project scope will be quoted and billed separately. Revision rounds are defined per project in the individual project agreement.

9. Limitation of Liability

Odd Frame Media is not liable for indirect or consequential damages from use of our website or services, delays beyond our reasonable control, or third-party platforms linked from our website. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific project in question.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Maharashtra, India. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

11. Dispute Resolution

Both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith discussion. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes will be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 in Mumbai.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates posted here with a revised date. Continued use of the website means you accept the updated terms.
